From the 1988 series 'Estrechiamento de mente' (Narrow-minded), a series of four drypoints in an edition of 10 published by Julie Sylvester, New York. Each of the four we present are all the first of three Artist's Proofs.
Our print here seems to be preparatory for an oil on canvas made a year later (1989), which shows the similar image of a gun barrel (Albert Oehlen, Untitled, 6/89, 1989, Oil on canvas, 203.6 x 203.6 cm).
